Free-Range Feet: Exploring Structural Reflexology to Restore Comfort, Movement, and Vitality with Geraldine Villeneuve

In these webinars, students will gain a deeper appreciation for their feet-

understanding, how foot muscles work, and how foot mechanics can influence the health and vitality of the entire body.

WEBINAR 1: Orientation of Structural Reflexology®

October 24, 2026 ~ 10-11:15 am PST

Foot problems are becoming increasingly common, and more people are turning to reflexologists for help with foot pain and discomfort. Each year, billions of dollars are spent on foot care treatments, yet many individuals continue to search for lasting relief.

This introductory webinar explores the foundations of Structural Reflexology and its unique approach to supporting foot health. Participants will learn how simple, practical knowledge about foot structure and function can contribute to greater comfort, balance, and overall well-being. Through effective techniques designed to restore alignment and harmony, Structural Reflexology offers a natural path toward healthier feet and a healthier body.

WEBINAR 2: Tracing Body Issues to Overstressed Foot Muscles; Linking Reflexive Responses, Hidden Foot Problems and Postural Imbalances

October 25, 2026 ~ 10-11:15 am PST

Reflexology maps have evolved significantly over time, providing valuable insights into the relationship between the feet and the rest of the body.  It is likely that even our earliest barefoot ancestors experienced foot pain and discovered relief through the attentive care of skilled practitioners who recognized areas of tenderness and inflammation in the feet. These early observations helped lay the foundation for what we now know as foot reflexology. Today, reflexology continues to evolve as our understanding of anatomy, biomechanics, and the body’s interconnected systems expand. Structural Reflexology builds upon this foundation by examining how chronic stress and inflammation in specific foot muscles can influence posture and movement patterns. As the body compensates for pain and dysfunction in the feet, postural deviations may develop, creating strain and disturbances elsewhere in the body.

WEBINAR 3: How Structural Reflexology Can Help

October 26, 2026 ~ 10-11:15 am PST

Holistic, transformational changes can be achieved by relieving muscle and ligament strain through Structural Reflexology methods. By restoring balance and improving foot function, these techniques can enhance quality of movement, support healthy posture, and promote more efficient metabolic function throughout the body.
