Adrianne Fahey (CO) has an undergraduate degree in personnel management and marketing from the University of Colorado at Denver. She worked in banking and taught court reporting for many years before graduating from the Laura Norman School of Reflexology in 1997. She has been self-employed since that time, operating a complementary health business incorporating reflexology and Bach flower remedies.
From August 2000 – February 2007, Adrianne served as the administrative secretary for the American Reflexology Certification Board. She also served with the Associated Reflexologists of Colorado as their administrative secretary from April 1997 – February 2000 and their president from February 2000 – 2002 and 2006 – 2008. She has written numerous articles for both state and national reflexology publications on various subjects related to the field.
In 2016, Adrianne worked with other complementary healthcare practitioners in Colorado when a bill was proposed in the state legislature which would have stripped exemptions for reflexology and other healthcare practices from the massage law. Through their valiant efforts, they were able to maintain their exemptions within the law.
Adrianne currently chairs both the education and elections committees with RAA.
