In this very special class, Neil McNeill will share concepts of energy awareness and its use in your practice of reflexology. Including descriptions of energy through the lenses of both spirituality and science, this class will offer a chance to personally experience and more deeply understand energy, as well as how to sense and direct it. You will also learn basic grounding and shielding techniques. Sat 9 am—4 pm (6 credits with SRMC, ARCB and for WA LMTs)
