Connie Hubley (ME) began a career in nursing in 1984, but after several years of working in geriatrics and developmental disabilities, she left to pursue running an agency for adults with developmental disabilities. In this capacity, she was owner, director of the agency with 20 full and part-time employees until 2005.
During this time she learned reflexology in 1997 with Janet Stetser of Footloose, Inc. and became a massage therapist in 2005.
In 2008 she began teaching a 300-hour certification course in reflexology and also became certified as an ACARET instructor.
Connie has been a RAA member since 1999 and a member of the Maine Council of Reflexologists since 1997. She has served as a RAA Delegate for the Maine Council of Reflexologists as well as various volunteer positions: Ethics committee, Maine conference committee, Newsletter editor, Membership chair, PR chair, Correspondence Secretary, and currently as the Vice-President. She also sat on the conference committee for the Denver conference.
With RAA, she serves as the Chair of the Events/Conference committee.
